Limoncello. That's Italy in a bottle. But Pineut wouldn't be Pineut if we didn't add a little twist to it. A Dutch twist, to be precise, taking you back to the Golden Age. Our limoNLcello is based on a very old recipe of the liqueur "Kus me Snel", made with lemon, eucalyptus, and thyme. Before giving someone a kiss, you would take a sip of this for a wonderfully fresh breath...
So that glass becomes an even more refreshing experience. Just be careful not to look too deep into that same glass. Because for many, one limoNLcello is never enough. The chance of having a second one is almost as high as the alcohol percentage of this aperitif.
Add to that the fact that you've made this Pineut variant yourself, and you're sure it will be a hit. But hey, if it runs out, just make some more! Cheers.
How to make it?
- Fill the bottle with vodka and wait for 2 days, shaking occasionally until all the sugar is dissolved
- Strain through a fine sieve
- Store and serve ice cold
Serving Tip!
Summer gets even better with a limoncello Spritz! And with the 3, 2, 1 formula, it's a breeze. Fill a glass / carafe with 3 parts prosecco, 2 parts Pineut limoNLcello, and 1 part sparkling water, add some ice and enjoy!
