Senior Staff Member | FRIDA Enschede

Love books, coffee, people and a little bit of organised chaos?

We’re looking for a Senior Staff Member to join our team at FRIDA Enschede. Someone who takes responsibility, sees what needs to be done and isn’t afraid to take the lead when things get busy.

You’ll help run the café and bookshop, guide our volunteers, open and close FRIDA, make great coffee, recommend books, support events and create content for our socials. Basically: you help make sure FRIDA feels like FRIDA. Our shifts are flexible. We expect you to be available for a minimum of 4 hours a week.

💜 are warm, social and genuinely enjoy working with people
☕ have at least 1 year of experience working as a barista
📚 love books, culture and community
✨ take initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do
🌪️ can keep your cool when things get busy
📱 feel comfortable with social media and digital tools
🌈 care about creating a space where people can be themselves

Because this is a senior role, previous barista experience is a must. Experience in hospitality, retail or supervising others is a big plus.
